I joined a startup in 2017 that ended up getting acquired by Google. Stayed a couple years, learned a lot, then left to figure out what was next. Traveled for a while. Eventually started a company with a friend and spent a few years building it as CTO. Recently decided it was time to move on from that too.

Along the way, friends kept coming to me when they were stuck on big decisions. Should I quit? Should I start this thing? What do I actually want? Turns out I'm pretty good at helping people work through that stuff — not by telling them what to do, but by asking the kinds of questions that help them find their own answer.
