• Found a better way to architect dashboard edit mode and implemented it; presented the improved architecture at an internal frontend summit
• Worked cross-functionally with engineering, product, and design to develop a cross-filtering strategy for the platform
• Innovated and prototyped side projects, pitching one to product managers who greenlit further development
• Full-stack development on a product that used AI for anomaly detection in datasets

Software Engineer

• Built, maintained, and documented Looker's React component library; hosted office hours and gave engineering talks to drive adoption
• Played a major role building Looker's new dashboards — a central feature that thrilled customers at JOIN 2019; used TypeScript, React, and Redux to rebuild dashboard filters from the ground up
• Wrote a Babel plugin for internationalization and localization across the codebase

• Worked on making dashboards more easily printable — a heavily requested feature from executives
• Presented the project to the entire company

Product Manager

• Using Scrum, managed a team of four developers to build a conversational AI bot leveraging machine learning, NLP, and information retrieval
• Presented to professors and university administration with positive feedback
